Mingardo is an Italian metal designer interior brand. This is an up -and-coming brand founded in 2013 by Daniele Mingardo. Utilizing the knowledge and experience cultivated at his father's metal manufacturing company, he creates handmade metal luxury interior items through collaboration between craftsmen who have inherited traditional techniques and numerous designers. This is a candle stand made of ultra-thin metal that looks like paper (folio). A beautiful piece that pursues modern minimalism.

About the product

Mingardo is one of Italy's leading metal design interior manufacturers. Daniele Mingardo started his own original brand in 2013, after gaining experience and honing his sense of industrial design by being surrounded by craftsmen at the Mingardo Blacksmith Workshop, a metal products factory founded by his father, from the age of 18. . Daniele has created high-end interior furniture and kitchen accessories, mainly using metal, but also using other materials such as wood. We offer high-quality items that are all handmade using the advanced metal processing techniques of our craftsmen.
Folio is a contemporary candleholder made of copper, brass, or stainless steel. Although it has a small but basic form, it has been transformed into a stunning three-dimensional object by the hands of skilled craftsmen.
This item is a combination of two ultra-thin (2mm) sheets that wrap around the core structure and can be placed anywhere.
As it is a natural material, it will gradually oxidize, and its color will change uniquely like a pattern depending on how it is used, where it is placed, and how it is cared for.
Lighting a candle will create a tranquil mood.
