[About shipping country]

Most of the products will be shipped from Italy after your order is placed, and some products will be shipped from within Japan.
Items will be delivered to the destination using the following three patterns.
・From Italy → delivered to the customer’s home
・From Italy → our store’s warehouse → delivered to the customer’s home (for large items)
・From Japan → delivered to the customer’s home

[About packaging]

The delivered product will arrive in Japan via airmail from Italy. It takes a long journey to reach our customers by land, air, and then land again.

The delivery company will contact you directly by phone or SMS in the evening of the day before the delivery date or in the morning of the day of delivery regarding the time when the delivery company will visit you.

[About delivery]

・Depending on the building or facility, it may be necessary to submit a “transportation application” to the management company in advance.
